Questions players actually ask
The same questions that sit inside the game, answered with the game's own figures — what a point is worth, what a withdrawal costs, when an invited friend counts, and what the game does about automation. Every number here is the number the game uses.
What is TAPCO?
A tap-to-earn game on Telegram. Every tap earns points, and points convert into TPC tokens you can withdraw to your own TON wallet. All you need is a Telegram account — nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. The game systems page takes each system in turn.
The game is TAPCO GAME, the token is TAPCO, my wallet shows TPC. Which is which?
Three names, each with its own job: TAPCO GAME is the game, TAPCO is the token as it is registered on TON, and TPC is its ticker — the short form wallets and exchanges display, the way Bitcoin shows as BTC. The game writes TPC on every balance, withdrawal and deposit, so the ticker you read in the game is the ticker your wallet shows — the same token, not one with a similar name.
How do I earn points?
Tapping is the base, and with it: three daily missions, a hundred achievements on two tracks, events and weekly challenges, boss fights, passive income that runs while you are away, and inviting friends. None of it needs a payment — the boost shop is bought with points you earned yourself.
How do I progress in the game?
Every tap gives experience, experience raises your level, and each level lifts your weekly transfer ceiling by 800 points. At level 100 prestige opens: you start again carrying a permanent bonus. The levels and prestige page shows the whole curve.
Why should I return daily?
Four things renew every day and none of them waits: three daily missions worth 2,000 points when all three are done, the daily cipher at 18:00 UTC, one seventh of your weekly wallet allowance, and the login streak that grows with each unbroken day. What you do not take today does not carry into tomorrow.
What is energy and why does it run out?
Every tap spends energy, and energy refills by itself over time. You start with 20 units and half a unit per second, and each level of the regen upgrade adds 0.04 — so a player who has taken it to level 40 refills more than four times as fast as on day one. The energy and upgrades page covers all eight upgrades with their curves and caps.
What is the difference between game points and wallet balance?
This is what confuses players most, and the difference is simple: game points are what you earn by tapping and spend on upgrades and boosts. Your internal wallet balance is the only thing that can be withdrawn to a TON wallet, and it cannot be spent inside the game. You move from the first to the second with the "internal transfer" button on the wallet page. It is instant, free, and cannot be undone.
How many points is one TPC?
2,000 points = 1 TPC. The rate is fixed — it does not change with your level or how long you have played — and the wallet page shows what your balance is worth in tokens as you go. The rewards system explains where the points come from before they convert.
How much can I move to my wallet each day?
Your weekly ceiling reaches you a day at a time: each day you can move one seventh of it. 70% of the day's share opens through play alone, and four rewarded adverts open the remaining 30%, a quarter each. If no advert reaches you across three days of play, the full day opens by itself. The weekly ceiling starts from 20,000 and grows by 800 per level and 800 per week played — whichever is smaller — so it begins at 20,800 and ends at 90,000. It limits only the transfer, never what you collect, and an unused day does not carry over.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
Your first withdrawal is from 25 TPC — 50,000 points at the fixed rate. After that the minimum is 100 TPC, or 200,000 points. The lower one is once per account, and the withdrawal page shows a progress bar for whichever minimum applies to you.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
Yes. 2 TPC is taken from the amount you request, so withdraw 100 and 98 arrives. The TON network fee is paid by the game and is not taken from you. The confirmation window shows the amount, the fee and what actually reaches you before you press.
How long does a withdrawal take?
One to ten minutes, usually. You can follow the request in the withdrawal log: pending, then processing, then complete.
What happens if a withdrawal fails?
The points return to your wallet balance in full, automatically, and are never taken twice. If the system cannot confirm what happened on the network it waits and asks the chain rather than refunding on a guess — because guessing is what pays twice.
Can I deposit TPC into the game?
Yes. On the wallet page, the "Deposit TPC" button. Send the token to the game address shown there, then paste the transaction reference and the points are added to your balance. Important: send from the same wallet connected to the game, or the deposit will not be accepted.
When does an invited friend count?
When all four conditions are met: they reach level 5, make 1,500 taps, their account is 24 hours old, and they play on two different days. Four conditions rather than one, because a single threshold is the easiest thing in the game to manufacture. The referrals page shows each friend's progress against all four with their own figures, so you know exactly what is missing.
What do referrals earn me?
500 points when a friend joins, 5,000 when they qualify, and 10% of everything they earn afterwards. And a second layer: 5% of what their friends earn, for as long as those friends play — you are paid on both. Your friend gets 2,000 points as a welcome, and none of it costs anyone anything. The referral rewards page lays out every figure.
What is the daily cipher and how do I solve it?
Each day a five-letter code opens at 18:00 UTC and closes at midnight. You are shown two of the five — and not the same two your friend sees. So nobody solves it alone; the people who share their letters in the community channel solve it first. You have eight attempts, and a wrong one tells you only that it was wrong, never which letter was right. The first 100 solvers take triple the prize, the next 1,000 take it in full, and everyone after that takes half.
Can I play on more than one account?
No. One account per player, and the system detects multiple accounts and automated tapping. A detected account has its rewards reduced or stopped, and its referrals are not accepted.
Can I use the game on more than one device?
Yes — and this is a different question from the one above it. Your account is one and your progress lives on the server, so you open the game on any device with the same Telegram account and find it as you left it. What is not allowed is more than one account, not more than one device.
What is the Anti-Bot system?
A layer that reads how you play rather than how much you earn: how many taps a day against what your own energy allows, which hours of the day you tapped in, and how regular the gaps between one tap and the next are. A human hand varies by nature; a tool cannot help being steady. The system gathers evidence and puts it in front of a person — it bans nobody on its own.
Can I lose access or face restrictions?
Yes — for multiple accounts, automated tapping, or attempting to exploit something. The result is graded, not immediate: an account whose evidence points to suspicion has its rewards reduced; one where the evidence accumulates has them stopped and its referrals refused. And no action is taken automatically — a person decides it after looking at the evidence in front of them.
What if I uninstall the game?
Nothing is lost. All of your progress lives on the server, tied to your Telegram account: points, level, upgrades and wallet balance. Open the game again from Telegram and everything is where you left it.
Something went wrong - how do I reach you?
Through any of these official channels: the Telegram channel t.me/tapco_game, support email support@tapcogame.io, or the contact page. Say what happened and when, and attach a screenshot if you can — clear reports are answered faster.
